      Pros

      The hours are steady, the pay is average. The work is a work out!

      Cons

      Always short staffed. Too many chiefs, not enough indians. No one can approve anything by themselves, it is always a matter of asking someone higher up for approval of even the smallest things. No performance reviews.

      There was a lack of cross training and minimal back up. The company doesn't appreciate their employees. They do not offer reviews and/or raises.

      Innovative and creative. Outside the box marketing and business development. Lots of opportunity and creative freedom for talented and driven professionals. CEO that appreciates and understands what it takes to build a brand.

      The rapid growth of the company makes for a bit of a crowded workplace.
