Thank you for your comments. At Cambria, our code of conduct is taken seriously by our management teams. Our employee handbook, provided to all new employees outlines expectations of individual conduct. We encourage you to have discussions with your supervisor, another member of your management team, or PMD about general conduct concerns.
While we do not specifically offer dental or vision insurance at this time, we have taken an alternative approach to address these costs. Preventative eye exams are covered through Cambria’s medical plan 100% when in-network providers are utilized. In addition, employees can utilize their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) dollars for both dental and eyewear expenses as well as other medical-related concerns. Cambria’s medical plan, our company funded Health Reimbursement Account, and Flexible Spending Account provide a comprehensive package to address many health-related costs. We have worked diligently to offer competitive health care coverage options, and we review health care packages for Cambria on an annual basis.
