Cons

No Leaders, Favoritism, Credit taken by Management, Sweat Shop, Leadership are a bunch of bullies on both sides. Unorganized, No respect, No chance of raise or promotion. Marketing leadership has the foresight and behavior of a bunch of high schoolers. Its mayhem. Looking to get out-dysfunctional stay away....

Pros

American made product is company's only positive.

Cons

Good 'Ole boy structure, manipulative, conniving upper management, does not treat employees fairly or equitably. Lousy compensation, benefits and time off policies. "HR" department is unprofessional, tries to sweep injustices under the rug, borderline legal practices, and not willing to help average, non-manager employees.

We appreciate your thoughts and feedback. We value and treat all of our employees with integrity and consistently provide opportunities for growth. All employee performance is evaluated on an ongoing basis. We are also committed to training managers to providing productive, positive coaching, while helping to identify development opportunities. An example of how we support employee growth is our English Education Program. This summer, we had 12 employees graduate from our free English language education program. We want employees to grow with our company and advance to more skilled positions that require English speaking skills. The employees who participated stayed ‘on the clock’ and attended hour-long classes at least twice a week, some chose to come to as many as four classes a week. This is one instance of what we do as a company to help our business and empower personal growth for our employees. Thank you for your review. Cambria Management

Thank you for your review. Leading a company can be very rewarding, but at the same time challenging. While we can’t make everyone happy, we do our best to lead by example, positively motivate each employee, create safe and collaborative work environments and provide a comprehensive benefits package, one that includes 401k employer match and profit sharing. You mentioned policies and procedures as a primary concern. At Cambria, we believe in a high standard of excellence and among our highest priorities is maintaining our teams’ safety. This past March, we reached a milestone of 5 years injury-free at our plant in Le Sueur. This milestone is thanks to many, many employees working together to develop hundreds of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all of our employees are safe and clearly understand our policies and procedures. It is those SOPs that we use every day to make the best quartz countertops in the world. Your comments are appreciated in our continued commitment to the safety and well-being of our valued employees. Thank you for your review. Cambria Management
