      Very closed minded company with head down work atmosphere

      Pros

      Growing company. Lots of opportunity for advancement; if you can stand it long enough

      Cons

      Very poor morale. You are not a person here. You are a robot. Management strives to intimidate, not help you. You are expected to have no opinion and keep your head down No hr department. Only a robot lady is there to discuss benefits. If you have any issues regarding training, injury or morale you are directed to your immediate supervisor and then yelled at. Training is poor. You are expected to do well after 2 days ( not exaggerated) if after a week you are not perfect, you are written up.

      Operationally a very top heavy environment

      Pros

      Some great people built the company to where it is today, and IT wise the pay was within current norms.

      Cons

      Benefits are not good. Very expensive and no Dental. Operationally a very micro-managed reactionary environment. Be prepared to get a very thick skin as one minute you will be screamed at and the next everything is ok. You end up walking on egg shells a lot.

      Pros

      Salary is good. Obviously different skill sets warrant different pay scales. They take this into consideration for the most part.

      Cons

      Benefits are OK and comparable to other like size companies. They don't have a dental plan so that is a disappointment.
