Company is on a downward spiral most likely due to nepotism and putting people in management roles who say what the company wants to hear; not necessarily the truth. Many are not qualified or trained to make management-level decisions and often the Koolaid drinkers are the ones that the professional community despise. Big brother- cameras in all employee vehicles Long hours and some weekends and nights Low Pay and minimal or no -existent raises Low employee morale Unorganized, seems to fly by the seat of their pants Unwilling to listen to employee suggestions or take constructive criticism Set high/unrealistic expectations so that they can pick and choose who to keep and release Negative company reputation amongst professional community

Horrid management, people are treated like slaves, no care for employees home life. Written up for being a minute late, and don't think of requesting time off or calling off! management looks for mistakes, rarely give props for good work. You will never be home! Management lies, pick and chooses who gets punished depending on favorite people. They cover things for their favorite people and bury people they don't personally like. If you like being treated like a piece of crap low life apply here! And wear good shoes because you will walk on egg shells!
