Pros

Quality product, variety of open opportunities for different roles within the company

Cons

Management is thoroughly disengaged and does not foster a culture of positive growth or scale-able vision. Politics, cliques and parking lot decision-making are a large problem. No plan for career development in work groups with expected growth. Lack of professional behavior, both in and out of the office, and an overall disregard for the negative impact being created on employees. Retention is declining and new hires are not staying very long, or for the right reasons. Changes to the organization come swiftly, without warning and often with non-existent communication. Cultural norms do not align with reality or behavior and they tell a story of mistrust and poor ethical behavior.

Pros

Great DC staffs though out the company. Majority of MR’s are hard working.

Cons

DM’s, GM’s and regional Managers are useless. Can’t sell anything themselves without giving discounts or giving slabs away. They make false accusations and know it. HR is us just a paper pushing group. None will seek the truth afraid of being fired or falsely accused themselves. Hires all of Best Buy rejects. There’s a reason BB let them go but desperate time I guess call for desperate measures. Some female MR’s dress like they should be working the corner and leave nothing to the imagination. Everyone reports to sales after the last new attempt to increase sales. They just have different titles. There is no Operations team. Minorities need not apply thinking they can work their way up . You don’t “look” right for the position or you weren’t born with the correct gender. Don’t demand someone gets respect just because of tenure when they don’t give it and have not earned it.
