Pros

I love working for the leader in the quartz industry. I get to plan amazing events in our market and have been able to develop great relationships in the industry. Cambria is a well respected brand in my market and I can honesty say I love what I do.

Cons

Not many opportunities for advancement if you are not in MN. If you are not a multi-task oriented person this job is not for you. No dental or vision which is surprising since our smile is the the first thing our clients see. I have worked for much smaller companies and have had better health benefits along with dental and vision.

Pros

Decent employee benefits, quality product.

Cons

Do not believe promises made during the interview! The IT department is very disorganized despite their being a LOT of managers, no process. Not enough actual workers to do the work. Minimal product expertise on staff, offshore development resources. Limited work-space, employees expected to work in multiple locations and often their isn’t enough desk space. Waste of time!

Pros

Cambria makes a beautiful product that (thankfully) sells itself. Some really talented team members and mid-level management were a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Senior management are harsh taskmasters who micromanage, second guess and browbeat the team. Innovations are few and far between because approvals take forever for fear of making an mistake or having to spend time defending a decision. This has caused many team members to start throwing each other under the bus, and has deteriorated trust and motivation. It's a sick culture.
