      It is definitely a shame to see a company that has the potential to be successful, turn so rotten. I used to smile coming into work and I was always so excited to start the day at Cambria. My coworkers were one of a kind and super inviting. This changed about 6 months after I started...

      Cons

      After April, things changed. The leadership at Cambria shifted the office into a very toxic environment. Leadership started pointing fingers at people to the point where I saw people crying. I saw TONS of really hard workers and good people get fired for weird reasons. It hurts my heart knowing that they are getting rid of so many great and intelligent people. I genuinely think the leaders right now will run this place into the ground. Even our interns didn't want jobs here. Super sad.
