      Decent pay, wonderful product, beautiful work environments.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and management. Nobody seems to be one the same page making it very difficult to do your job duties. The company has several departments all of which argue with each other and blame the other for things going wrong. Employees are told that they are appreciated but in reality are not. You are only a number to Cambria, not a person.

      Pros

      A great job for a single person with no family. Great Co workers! Decent pay. Days off during the week. Double time pay on Sundays. Opportunities for advancement, depending on who you are. Uniforms provided. Good training.

      Cons

      Work two weekends a month. 12 hour shifts. Unorganized planning with leaders. Poor communication. Double standards. Requests to leaders not done in a timely manner. Favoritism.
