Pros

Some great people built the company to where it is today, and IT wise the pay was within current norms.

Cons

Benefits are not good. Very expensive and no Dental. Operationally a very micro-managed reactionary environment. Be prepared to get a very thick skin as one minute you will be screamed at and the next everything is ok. You end up walking on egg shells a lot.

Pros

Recognizable brand and high-quality product. American made.

Cons

Extreme micromanagement despite explicitly stating in every interview (6 in total) that I don't thrive under those conditions. Company vehicle is an outdated Prius with over 100K miles and an interior camera to track and monitor your every move. Zero flexibility — you're expected to be on the road every single day with no option for office-based work. Constant turnover in all Market Rep roles. It’s a revolving door, which makes it nearly impossible to build the kind of long-term relationships this business model depends on. When I voiced concerns and suggested leadership invest in retention to stabilize sales relationships, I was labeled a “toxic” employee. Following that, they set unrealistic KPIs — clearly designed to force me to quit or be terminated. Leadership is bloated and disorganized: too many directors, ineffective middle management. No idea who to trust with any issues, as there is rampant backstabbing. Daily social media posting requirements on multiple platforms — a task that falls far outside the typical scope of a sales role. Bonuses are based on total team performance, not individual contribution, making it difficult to feel recognized or rewarded for personal success. If you want ANY semblance of work-life balance, look elsewhere.

Pros

Good salary for the position

Cons

Not enough training. They make you feel like you are a pariah within the community, and you have to be part of the sea of sameness and drink the Cambria Gatorade. Training is more about the company history and not the actual position you are working for. Management is afraid of getting in trouble instead of doing the right thing.
