Pros
- Individuals who are at the distribution centers, away from MN, are great individuals to work with. - Peers across the country, are great to work with.
Cons
- C level leadership slow walks decisions regarding incentives - Reviews are not standardized - Expected to do more than your job (Ex. Work 2 jobs while only getting paid for 1. Think being a driver & a manager) - C level management will use size of location and sales to not incentivize you, even though you have no direct effect on that department. - C level management only concerned with corporate location (Ex. This is how we've always done it, no exceptions)
