Pros
- Great brand training. I think this company gives a great review on really knowing about the brand and its history. It got me excited to be apart of. - Corporate treats us on every holiday and birthday and I think that’s wonderful to have in a company. - Coworkers were always willing to help and teach. - Voice is heard and can be involved drastically in the companies success.
Cons
- Depending on what team you were on, the management can be iffy. You can either have great support or toxic approaches to your work. - can be chaotic with little vision for results. I felt working there it was very fast pace, and sometimes people didn’t know how to execute successfully, which made it super stressful.
