      I genuinely enjoyed the people that I was able to work with directly and know that everyone had positive intentions in the work that they were trying to push forward. The product is amazing so makes it easy to get behind.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are a collection of yes-men. Anyone who attempts bring forth new solutions to provide value and efficiencies are mowed down or pushed aside by leadership. Not allowing remote work and holding corporate office employees to a strict 8a-5p schedule with no flexibility is ridiculous. Extremely high turnover in corporate marketing department due to toxic culture. Expectations set by senior leadership are that things need to happen at a lightning fast pace, but don't empower employees to make decisions or approvals, leading to many, many rounds of review/revision.
