      Pros

      Excellent training, great group of hardworking peers, decent benefits. Sales team from top to bottom is motivated and has superior management compared to the operations side.

      Cons

      Corporate senior leadership is out of touch with the field (if you are an RPR, we all know who they are), bully mentality with these same leaders, direction is constantly changing with poor reasoning.
