Cons
Management has created a toxic environment. They use fear and intimidation which makes employees feel like they have to walk on eggshells all the time. The are a family owned company but they truly don’t care what goes on in your personal lives. If you plan to work here I hope it’s short term, definitely not a company you want to spend the rest of your life at. Raises are not given to those who deserve it. They micromanage . Too many chiefs , not enough Indians. I worked with this company for 8 years and I wish I would have left sooner. I was scared that things would be the same elsewhere. Fortunately, they are not.
