      Owner doesn't respect IT professionals

      Pros

      For some reason this company keeps attracting amazing people to work with and develop teamwork.

      Cons

      The owner thinks IT "is just a job that a bunch of monkeys can do" . He has no concept of the dedication that the team provides or the sheer amount of stress with little chance of getting pay raises on a regular basis.

      I love this company. No BS. Really awesome CEO. Tons of opportunities to grow. I feel very supported by my manager.

      Pay is alright but the amount of micromanaging is insulting to true professionals.

      Management is awful, lots of yes men that just bow down to yuppies above them. No desire to grow as a company.
