Pros

Structured environment. Everyone knows their place and their responsibilities. I think Marty, the CEO does a great job and brings a lot of excitement when he comes around. For the area, it is a big time company that offers a decent wage. A rotating shift schedule is tough to adjust to and working holidays are hard, but working 7 days out of 14 (rather than 10) is pretty nice.

Cons

Though the CEO of the plant talks about his mission to provide careers for his employees the management at the production facility seldom promote employees. Instead, choosing to fill management and supervisory positions from outside the company. This creates a lot of tension when employees are training someone who is going to make a lot more money and have much better benefits.

Pros

Good compensation. Opportunities for promotion. Promotes entrepreneurialism and individual work ethic. Family-owned. Good product that leads the category. Profit-sharing program.

Cons

Rapid expansion in the past few years added hundreds from employees, some who aren't/weren't a good fit for company culture. Multiple locations throughout US and field sales staff working out of home can make you feel somewhat isolated and disconnected.

Pros

Great product and good company growth

Cons

Poorly managed company , very unorganized and poor working conditions with hostile management and ownership. NO air cond, long hours and excessive overtime that is forced on you with favoritism and very hostile work environment. Lack of recognition and lack of reward/bonuses , lack of direction and lack of planning in production. Very little disrregard for safety and employee well being, if you have a family be prepared not to see them because ull be working allot without any say.
