Pros

-Great quality product that sells itself -Cambria prides itself on having awesome customer service -The grounds are immaculate for the for the all of the Cambria facilities -Willing to spend money on new technology

Cons

This company has a big problem with management, most of management does not have any integrity and will not stand up for their employees. When their employees question their decisions we are met with just do it, rather than given a legitimate business reason of why. Management also has a huge case of do as I say and not as I do. All of the management in the IT department came from much larger organizations and does not understand that in a well oiled machine policies and procedures are well defined but in a smaller department you have to me more diverse and be able to address more than just one thing. They also come up with some ideas that you have to real them back into reality and explain that there are ramifications of that decision and that the small company business culture will not accept that decision without fallout.

Pros

Company has great products and is making money. Obsessive concentration on Sales & Marketing. The product really is the best and designs lead the industry.

Cons

Leaderships is completely detached from reality. Decisions are made on emotion and what's best for CEO's image. The entire leadership team is cronies mostly pulled from St Peter's 1982 football team. None of the executive team would last a day in a real company. The environment is abusive and misogynistic. The "F-Bombs" fly constantly and there is no respect for anything but the whims of the CEO. The company is investing huge in new capital equipment for the plant but treats employees like dirt. Bonus plan is non-existent, health plan is terrible, no dental. The executives go ballistic on little things such as "WALKING ON THE GRASS!" and easily drop many thousands of dollars on entertainment & partying. Personally saw many instances of employees terminated on a whim and the rest of the team scrambles to take up the slack. Extremely bureaucratic, any significant decisions pushed to CEO and decisions seem to be arbitrary or based on what makes him personally look best vs what's best for the company & stakeholders.
