Pros

Truly it is an incredible product and I would purchase it over any other.

Cons

This is been one of the most toxic work environments I have ever had the displeasure of being a part of. Top leadership ensures that the coordinator level have been beat down so low that you wouldn’t want or even have the energy to try to excel in your career and move in on positions they have held for years solely because they are directly related or old friends with the CEO. This is a bleak dark road to nowhere. Leadership will offer no support and throw you directly under the bus the first chance they get. This is the typical mean girls/ boys club working environment where you are Only liked if you shut your mouth and take the inherent abuse thrown at you. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another opportunity.

Pros

Cambria has a great product.

Cons

Cambria is an awful place to work. I would never recommend anyone to work there, especially if you would like a life outside of work. During the first week you go through an intensive orientation that informs you about the company and background but once you get to your day to day job you are given zero training and expected to know everything. If you don’t know what you are doing (because you were never trained) you are punished and again, talked badly about behind your back. Horrible work-life balance, only 10 days of PTO, below average benefits and you are expected to be in your chair from 8-5 with no exceptions. If you arrive a minute late or plan to leave a minute before 5:00 you will be judged and talked badly about behind your back. All problems stem from upper management being friends and giving certain people special treatment. You will only do well in the company and move up if you know the Davis family. Very political/dramatic environment with no professionalism. The employees, including management, act like they are in high school and are very catty/dramatic. There is no trust in employees and absolutely zero communication. The culture is extremely toxic. The company has a lot of potential but does not look like any positive changes will be made anytime soon.

Pros

Decent pay for the first year.

Cons

No raises not even for cost of living, it’s “teamwork” based bonuses so even if you’re selling at 150% it doesn’t matter if others aren’t. You won’t make goal and therefor won’t get a bonus. Micromanaged to the extreme, 30+ sales calls every week. I started and it was 12 in person. Quality over quantity. Now it’s just running around trying to get as much done as possible with no incentive. If you get let go be aware that they’ll tell you at Starbucks at morning rush hour and take your work car so then you’re left paying for your own Uber home. In 5 years I had changeover in managers 7 times, started with 1600 accounts, was my own samples manager as well and had to drive in a car that was 10 years old that was a POS. not to mention car tracking, videoing you in the car, computer tracking and telling you’re not doing enough even though you work 9+ hour days to get everything done. They expect you to have 90+ days on your calendar of appointments but when they spring random video meetings on you they want you to cancel everything you’re doing for them. Prior to my last day I was told that if anyone asks me about text messages between the owner and Donald Trump I was supposed to direct them to our customer care line.
