      Very nice people to work with, comfortable working environment, decent pay, good benefits, beautiful locations

      Cons

      Confusing leadership at times, constantly changing work processes without properly informing employees, lack of clarity at times, poor leadership in a few locations and it can bring down other departments trying to work with them

      Pros

      Rewarding work and the small business mentality gives everyone the opportunity to make a real difference. You are never just a number, running lean means your contributions are felt each day. Capable people can be rapidly promoted building a handsome resume and earning strong pay.

      Cons

      The benefits are thin compared with some companies. 401k match is good but the health coverage can get expensive for a family and no dental. Not a good company for someone who wants to hang out and watch others work. Fast growth means growing pains.
