Pros

Very innovative and willing to add the newest technologies to help continue down this path. The tools and ability to learn more are given to everyone when needed. Structured and organized which makes accountability easier to hold.

Cons

With a growing company struggles finding more leaders has become evident in some areas. Always seem to find a way through it though but more leadership classes could help.

They stand behind their product and provide all of the needed support for their employees. It's a product and company you can be proud and honored to represent.

Cons

Not alot to say here, it's a great company and every employee I had met, genuinely enjoyed their job and the company.

Nice facility, sometimes there are outings or events that can be fun

Too long to list. It's basically a travelling club of executives who have all worked together before and are handing out jobs and making new positions for their friends to get hired
