Extreme micromanagement despite explicitly stating in every interview (6 in total) that I don't thrive under those conditions. Following that, they set unrealistic KPIs — clearly designed to force me to quit or be terminated. Leadership is bloated and disorganized: too many directors, ineffective middle management. No idea who to trust with any issues, as there is rampant backstabbing. Daily social media posting requirements on multiple platforms — a task that falls far outside the typical scope of a sales role. Bonuses are based on total team performance, not individual contribution, making it difficult to feel recognized or rewarded for personal success. If you want ANY semblance of work-life balance, look elsewhere.
