Not many, some flexibility in how to manage territory

Cons

micro management, old unsafe fleet car with camera and relinquish of privacy, don’t value college degrees. Low pay and no increases, unrealistic expectations and inhumane treatment, not run as a family owned company in the least. No 401k match until 6 years vetted

My team is great. Salary is ok

Cons

This company is so top heavy it’s absurd. Way too many VPs trying to stay relevant. The family is at the top. It’s classic nepotism. THE BENEFITS ARE TRASH. This company doesn’t care about health of employees. Turnover super high. The only bonus they have ever given was a free turkey on thanksgiving. Sales gets all the attention and everyone else suffers. I don’t think they realize how much people hate working for them. It’s a shame
