Pros

Cambria is an entrepreneurial company with a great spirit. I absolutely love working for this company and have learned so much. Everything they do is top notch and employees are treated with respect and care. Lots of great perks like profit sharing, great health benefits, 401k match, free meals, celebrations, events, team bonding exercises etc. I’ve never worked for a company that takes such great care of their employees (they think of everything!). CEO is a brilliant business man and marketer who is not afraid to take risks and is incredibly philanthropic (and often quiet about it) and generous. A great company with so many interesting facets.

Less flexibility with regard to working remote.
