      Work for a premium company that prides itself on delivering a premium product

      Promises not kept for promotions, raises, equipment (or just replacement on the scale of years) etc. This spring of 2019 managers went through and did reviews and raises were addressed with "we'll see what we can do" - and now in fall 2019 we just get uncomfortable laughs when the question comes up again. Very secretive working environment - but not in a way that protects trade secrets, just a culture of "why would you need to know that?" - very discouraging working environment.

      Jobsite safety huge priority. Fair pay and mileage

      Cons

      They lacked in our skilled trades was difficult to get jobs completed. Midnight shift terribly hard on family life. Would be better to work on the road.
