      Pros

      - Recently renovated building - Unlimited La Croix - Smart and fun coworkers - Flexible hours - Knowledgable managers in my department - Opportunities to take on new responsibilities

      Cons

      - Management heavy - Required to work a few Cambria events not related to your job title - Strange office rules (no eating at your desk, need a badge to go to the bathroom) - No dental insurance

      Pros

      Private company, so some sense of freedom. Less Corp Rules/Laws. Pays little more to be stuck in the 8-5 Salary routine.

      Cons

      Lack of Diversity, not diverse at all, some people who supposedly are managers take advantage of that to discriminate . Very Republican company ( so don't talk about Democratic party if you want to keep your job. Everybody is on Salary and everyone one has to work 8-5. No, change of schedule available.

      Their lack of an HR department to handle employee affairs such as mental health crises makes the company unloyal to their hard workers
