      Pros

      The respect I have for the culture at Cambria has only grown over 3 very, very fast years with the company. I could not be happier with my decision to join the organization. As with any company, its strength and success depends upon mutual respect between employees, constant challenge and constant collaboration. While not perfect, all exist at Cambria.

      None, if one enjoys being a part of a growing and challenging organization.

      Amazing Experience and Atmosphere

      Pros

      The commradory of the employees is great and makes for an enjoyable work environment. The company is family owned, and they try to reinforce that feeling throughout a company. You will have plenty to work on and more than enough to stay busy with.

      Cons

      There are some cases of people struggling with work-life balance because you do eat, sleep and breath Cambria but I don't think this is a negative it just means that everyone is really dedicated to the work they create and pay a lot of attention to detail
