Pros

Great dynamic company. Wonderful product. Awesome people. Good benefits. 401 k. Not a perfect company but pretty darn good. Cares about employees. There is not a single thing that I have asked for in terms of support to do my job that I did not get. I feel appreciated.

Cons

No Dental Insurance. Not enough vacation time. I do not feel micromanaged in my position but I do see it elsewhere.
