      Pros

      Preface First off everyone needs to find there own personal values. Would you rather make more money or have time off? Part of adulting is making those decisions and standing by them. Compensation is competitive. Company benefits are worth while. Different shifts have different perks as far as hours and time off.

      Cons

      Time off can challenging if you don't communicate needs in advance. Parking can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      Great pay, with moderate benefits, time off is nice and easy to get approved. You really feel like the management cares, but sometimes has their hands tied.

      Cons

      Very disorganized. Company is growing faster than it's staff can keep up with leading to a feeling of being over stretched. Causing an extremely high turnover rate
