Pros

Loyal colleagues, great pharmacist that had been hired 2015 and before. Low cost health plan not the greatest plan. Great medical record system.

Cons

Parking is not free nor on site. Work ethic skills are not taken into consideration for growth within the pharmacy department (not inpatient) if you aren’t the manager/directors favorite. Work environment are always hostile. They do not care about culture NOR values! They will bully and discriminate you.

Pros

The pay is the best around. If money is all you need to be happy, give this place a try.

Cons

We do a lot with very very little. Being short-staffed is the usual. Morale is low. We work every other weekend, and can be put on the schedule to work or be on call any shift any day.
