THE MOST HORRENDOUS CORPORATE CULTURE ON EARTH

Pros

They occasionally had a food truck where you could grab lunch and get back to work faster. They had nice offices and free coffee but there is no good way to describe what a completely unorganized and leaderless company existed in Tampa.

Cons

You are expendable and their properties are dangerous, drive by shootings and knife fights in absolute squalor was the norm,

The community are nice. The people are really patient.

Cons

The upper management . Racists Have no problem with leaving people basically homeless Handicapped woman was trapped in apt bc management wouldn't pay to fix drainage issue..

Very low pay, extremely high workload, little to no appreciation. Little or no support, and need to be able to self train.
