I would not work for this company again. They micro managed every employee. They make promised and they don't delivered.

Cons

Unfair with employees and tenants.

Pros

Francine Martinez oversees all Hawaii residential sites. Although she keeps a very busy schedule, she manages to take the time to train, follow up, and check in with her staff.

Cons

The medical insurance they offer is Kaiser and Kaiser does not offer several medical treatments such as chiropractic care. Kaiser is extremely poor staffed that medical appts. have scheduled 4-6 weeks apart.

Family Run and Staying that way.

Pros

Decent Health Care benefits if you are single, but if you have a family it will be about half of your paycheck.

Cons

Family run business, and if you are not part of the family or a close family friend you won't get considered for raises or more responsability. They pay you the least amount that they can and if you don't like it you can get a new job.

Our compensation packages have been updated and improved over the last year to become even more competitive. We value all of our team members, however they found out about us, and we actively recruit new team members from outside the company. We welcome employees with any concerns about advancement or job satisfaction to discuss them with their supervisor so that their supervisor can assist in resolving them. Thank you for your feedback.
