Some co- workers were great

There is no support from management even as far as telling you to not give full exposure to other staff members and to play the run around game with other businesses. The training is lacking. It is sink or swim with no real support. HR really pushes the legal rights of their employees. No communication and no appreciation just straight ridicule. No teamwork between different departments. The mentality is I will save myself and throw everyone else under the bus. Everyone is related somehow, so there is special treatment. They make promises of advancement, but do not help in the progress or do not deliver. The environment is uncomfortable

We value all of our team members, however they found out about us, and we actively recruit new team members from outside the company.

There really isn't anything good to say about this company except I made a life long friend, who doesn't work in the office. They are a manager of one of the properties I did the AP for...

Cons

While in response from other reviews, their HR department claims they do not hire only friends and family. This may be true, but anyone who is not family/friend is treated horribly. The culture is very high school and people talk about you nonstop. They came up with a lie so outrageous to fire me, I'm still in disbelief. Truly, if I had done what they say, the police should have been involved. They were not because the company knew they didn't have a leg to stand on. If you value yourself, do not work here. You'll come out of it as if you were in an abusive relationship.

Pros

NONE, absolutely none. If you are a Sister, Daughter, Aunt, Best Friend you are good.

Cons

The fake president sister is a freak, she doesn't even deserve the title. Its only because its family owned.
