Everything you literally have to fight everyone and anyone to get anything done. You're put in a position where the customer fights you, you fight the people who can fix it their problem. You fight to do your job and push paperwork through, to get this allowance to get that banner, nothing is easy or designed to work automatically for people out at the locations

Companies moral ethics are horrible. They do not care about the residents in the low-income Hud properties that they have. Mold in the units, if residents report it, they just tell them that it is mildew due to uncleanliness, or they cover it up with paint. No air conditioning in several units, plumbing is horrible, no hot water half of the time, leaks in units, When they do put a band aid on things, they will blame it on the resident and charge them for it. This company is out for $$$$$ only. If you have any moral convictions about how people in low income housing should be treated, do not work for this company.
