Cons

Too many cooks in the Kitchen when it come to management- No organized "correct" way of doing things. Poor compensation.

Nepotism and no integrity!

Pros

Hybrid working schedule but mostly remote.

Cons

-family owned and the executives are woefully unqualified and family members or close friends -mean, vindictive working environment with lots of passive aggressive behavior -slumlords -have hired and fired almost all the multifamily employees in all their markets because of the lack of accountability by the family who is the real reason for the companies failures -no spine from executives who do know the industry so they allow the President to make horrible decisions -don’t care about residents and should lose HUD funding
