Pros

Some of the residents and you’re not micro managed

Cons

Worst management company ever! They lack support of their managers, they are rude, they don’t care about the living conditions of there Section 8 properties! They won’t give you the resources to do your job effectively they only fix enough things on your property to pass an inspection! They make constant promises that they can’t keep! They won’t fix anything until the residents threatens to call North Tampa Housing! I wish I can rate this company a Zero!

NONE, unless you count the occasional food truck that is in the parking lot to buy lunch and get you back to work quickly

Cons

You are nothing but an expense and detail line item to corporate.
