This company is horrible. Corporate office doesn't care about their staff or residents. They are not able to keep staff. They give false promises. They are aware of the repairs needed and they continue to ignore the many request.

When I first started I excited about this company but I've seen two people get fired because they put their notices in, I've seen people get sick from Covid and Not one person get notified of the illness, they try to make it seem like they care about you as an employee but the couldn't care less. I was hurt on the job and HR called at least twice a week asking when I was coming back to work less than a week after surgery. Don't go to work here, the stress levels are way out of control and if your aren't part of the family or go to church with them you don't matter.
