I was paid well with benefits. The company is great at giving a time for family. The training was sufficient.

Cons

The company treats employees like place holders and are over worked. I did the job that one leasing manager and an assistant would do. Plus they only had a maintance tech 2 days a week for 180 units. I felt very used!
