Pros

401k and HSA contributions are impressive for the industry.

Cons

Cambridge pays below industry standard and most sites are understaffed as a result. The company owner forces Portland area properties to use his personal friends as vendors, but they're extremely difficult to work with and have a reputation among managers for being unprofessional and difficult to work with. The central office often seems surprised or confused when sites can't keep up with day-to-day operations despite the understaffing issue.

Pros

The diversity of job duties, very interactive , ability to be creative, they attempt to promote from within, and landscaping is usually very well maintained.

Cons

Unprofessional company who's upper management is more interested in gossip, in addition they put up a facade that you ought to look out for... They are clowns with pea sized brains and fogged up bifocals. They have outdated everything, low comp(don't ever expect or even hope for a raise), insurance provided is terrible, their vendors are horrible, and everything they purchase is extremely low quality.
