Pros

The culture, the benefits, and the learning experience were all great during my time with them. Friendly people everywhere i worked.

Cons

Based on the oil economy. This means that there's a lot of opportunity during the times of oil growth, but a lot of downsizing during the opposite.

Pros

Work life balance is good with a 9-5 types working environment though depends on the team typically.

Cons

No growth as management doesn't want to move anywhere and let the employees below grow its stagnant

Pros

For the area, this position pays well above it's local competitors. Some of the employees are friendly and I enjoy working with them.

Cons

This site offers very little training. They will work you in multiple positions or give you a promotion without changing your title or pay. The leadership is all about making themselves look good. It's all about who you know and who likes you at this location.
