Pros

Cameron is growing and this growth provides a breadth of opportunity for people who pursue a career path. Since Cameron is a global company there are a variety of positions in many different countries to provide international experience. In my experience the culture at Cameron encourages quality work and high ethical standards.

Cons

Cameron's compensation is at or below average in my experience. Getting a reasonable salary can be challenging and the incentive plan is not always meaningful.

Pros

In theory, good opportunities to have an all around on the job experience. Some good people to work with within a team.

Cons

Not properly structured and very limited opportunities for career progression. Managers are not well trained in managing people and resources.
