Pros

Good 401k benefits, decent pay. Ok benefits. Flexible schedule when you need time off. Good experience to take with you elsewhere.

Cons

Cameron has a good name in the business. But unfortunately like every company, Cameron has some bad apples, and some of them can even move into management. Enough said. With its endless barrage of red tape, enables the micromanger to thrive. Not a good scenario for a seasoned professional that knows what he is doing, but a good place to start and learn when you are fresh out of college.
