Cameron is a full MNC with a well structured policies, organization and long term focus on improvement. Career progression are results and attitude focus and not based on seniority for promotion. Do what is best for the company, be a good team player and be ready to take up any opportunities that come your way to improve the business or postings to a new area will definitely demonstrate the adaptability of one.
