Pros

Great atmosphere to work in. Multiple locations to work at. Always some event going on. Cookies or popcorn on Fridays. Management is knowledgeable and easily approachable (as is senior employees).

Cons

Slow reimbursement program. IT can sometimes be slow and a hassle to get a hold of. SOMETIMES you have to work on the weekends 50-60 hrs a week.
