Pros

Big company, stable jobs, won't get fired unless you really make an acceptable mistake which is 1 out a million

Cons

like one of the other reviews, you can move forward only you are one of the few chosen one. If you are the chosen ones, you get promoted. If you are not, you don't move anywhere. Talented people overwork. A lot of very imcompetent people get promoted.

Great company, good people. management is friendly and considerate. Pay well. Understanding about time off when necessary ability to move up in your career

Cons

Interning was a bit redundant, lots of rummaging through data Sometimes the superiors were extremely busy and it was hard to ask questions when needed.

Pros

Very Good environment to work in, no special dress code, nice people and resonably pay.

Cons

Paying too much attention on six sigma projects and there lot of projects not professionally conducted, results in creating red tapes for people working within the organization instead of helping them.
