Helping to improve the lives of the most at risk individuals in San Mateo county. Very (non fiscally) rewarding work

Cons

Frequent changes in both staff and policy/proceedures. Poor communication from the top down. CEO lacks direction and authenticity to agency's mission. Upper management lack diversity.
