      Leadership cares about all staff and promoting from within. Caminar provides free lunch's and fresh fruit.

      Clients becoming more acute...forced to take clients from county.

      Pros

      Great culture - encouraging, positive, and really tries to list to employees. Employs a “whatever it takes” strategy to improve our clients’ lives. Management is great.

      Cons

      No cons other than low pay, but it is normal for a non profit.

      Pros

      You get to help a lot of people with all sorts of disorders, whether it's mental or physical. It's for people who can connect with those who have these disorders. In addition, you get to make a lot of friends with your co-workers, because they are all wonderful.

      Cons

      Not everyone is easy to assist through both clerical and retail assessments, but it takes a lot of patience and time to make sure they can succeed. That's what this job taught me.
