Pros

The only pros i cant think of are the dogs...

Cons

Its so dirty!!! They dont clean the outside yards at all. They only mop the inside area. management is unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. There are no protocals for cleaning or even for when fights break out. They have 100 rules about what you can and cant do on camera while in the yards. But off camera MANAGERS have been caught smoking weed in the play yards. They over work the employees for barley any money. You work an 8 hour shift and only get 1 15 min break...The way they introduce new dogs is so unsafe! They just throw any dog tht comes in into the yards and hope for the best. Fights break out at least 4 times a week! When fights do break out everyone panics and the manager runs in and just starts kicking dogs. And then when its broken up he cusses and yells at the empoyees. This manager also cusses and yells at the dogs and calls them names. This manager looked me in my face and said "i dont even like dogs i just work here cuz i dont have to do anything"

Pros

Facilities are nice Dogs are fun

Cons

Some of the people there were cool. Most of them seemed fake nice. Y'know how you talk to your friends with one voice and say, customers with another? They used their customer voice on me. You are given a trial period that lasts from one day to two weeks. I was told I had to completely quit my other job before I was allowed to start work at Bow Wow, then was fired over the phone one hour after the end of my first shift because I "didn't seem very comfortable" and "wasn't a very good fit". I have 1.5 years of prior doggy day camp experience; I was a MANAGER at one point. I know what I'm doing, I just needed time to get used to the new environment and new people. Camp Bow Wow didn't bother to afford me the time I needed to adjust. I completely quit my last job and was fired on the very first day at this one, so now I'm screwed.

Pros

You get to interact with dogs all day

Cons

*Its a lot of dogs. Generally you'll be responsible for 15-25 dogs by yourself *Bad management *The interview process is not thorough enough. Plenty of the dogs we work with should not be allowed to be there
