Pros

Benefits - they really look out for their people Culture - inclusive, caring, above and beyond Structure - the aftercare program runs a tight ship (though I've heard this varies by site)

Cons

Low pay (it's a nonprofit position - you should expect this)

Pros

The people who work at Camp Fire Alabama are incredible people who truly care about the youth of today's society. They are kind, caring, and considerate towards each other. They love you as soon as you walk in the door, whether you are a new employee or a new volunteer.

Cons

It is a non-profit, so that pay is low, but that is expected with non-profit work!
