- Super flexible working environment - Great leadership, very friendly and transparent - Good bonus structure - Happy and friendly coworkers

Cons

- Lower base pay than competitors - Most of your job is worrying about customers that are over using the platform

Pros

Good equipment, fun environment and culture, good pay and benefits.

Cons

They restructure teams about twice a year and fire about half the team (not for performance reasons). More past employees than not in the past few years have been fired vs. left for other reasons. SVP has mentioned that everyone should be okay with working 10+ hour days regularly.
